This framed silver Mapuche art is a certified reproduction of the Tupu, one the earliest designs of indigenous Mapuche silverware art. Representing territory in a symmetrical cross, symbol of the four spaces of earth, this design is used to this day as a broche, as well as it used to be a piece of ritual significance. Made with fair trade in the Araucania Region of the south of Chile, rescuing the design, symbolism and craftsmanship of ancestral native American Mapuche art and culture.
